  After ordering my son a kids hot chocolate at kids temp through the mobile app (15 mins ago) I arrived to check in with the barista to ensure that it will be at kid's temp. He said yes and seemed slightly offended that I was checking up on the order. We received our two beverages 7 mins later and on my way to the car- juggle an iced beverage, hot chocolate, keys, and a 5 yr old, I spilled the hot chocolate on my arm. Mind you, I am wearing a thick sweater. The "kids temp" scolded my arm (see photo). I called the store and spoke with a Jessica who said she was the manager. She apologized and blamed their machine. And that's it. No offer to make the situation right, refund, nada. Mind you, I am a Starbucks addict- refilling my card through the app with a $100 every month (don't judge). I will def not be returning to this location. It not only has consistently poor customer service, it is now a health risk.

  Went in today. My daughter ordered a red velvet frapp and a butter croissant and I ordered a tall strawberry acai in a trenta cup with extra water. Her drink came out as a java chip, after the chick that rang us up asked another barista about it, she still must have wrote it wrong. She never gave us the croissant, so I went back to the front to ask for it. In that time, one of them musta have put the croissant on the bar. So the tall blond chick who is ALWAYS RUDE, which leads me to write this review, come over and nastily says is this yours? With a fricken nasty attitude. I told her no one even said it was there. My drink had no ice and did not tasted like my normal acai. Anyways, when you are paying that much for drinks they should be right. The only saving grace was the girl that made the frapp was apologetic and gave my daughter a grande vs. the tall we ordered. That tall blond chick is rude all the time and it is unfortunate because normally everyone else in this Starbucks is so nice. I will think twice before spending my money in there again.
